"....extra sharp cheddar"
.....I once called a company that produces/makes this.
They told me it does have K2......which is the vitamin that is the most nutrient in the hard cheeses.

Good Morning,

Dr. B. allowed hard cheeses like gouda, edam, etc, in the protocol. I like gouda so would eat that, and I also enjoy extra sharp cheddar although not sure if that is "high quality". I healed from stage 4 lung cancer however so I guess it is "high" ehough. Stuff like american cheese would not be considered acceptable.

All the best, Rod in MN/USA

I am in week 2 of the Budwig Protocol and I'm wondering what is meant by High Quality Dairy in the Oil-Protein Cookbook from 1952.

Can/Should I eat any cheese?
