Not all annua are equally strong, I had to increase my dosage by 50% with this latest order to get the same effect
I have also been mixing in artemisia absinthium to tap into what it may have to offer. I buy it ground into a powder and have found that strength seems to vary from different sources

What do you mean by strenght and effect? What is pointing to you that some sample of herb is strong enough?
