I've been able to get off medications with my diet. Also using vitamin supplements. Sometimes I supplement my diet with some meat or chicken cooked on the grill. I've got plenty of energy after getting stoked on coffee in the morning! YMMV.

Good.? A lot of people though find the diets doctors put them on don't work for them.? They often find they can't focus at work and don't have the energy they need.? A successful diet program should give you energy and a sense of well-being.

Responding from the land of Kicking Horse Coffee (I don't even drink coffee).
I quit drinking coffee for a couple of years as my nervous system was shot.? I love coffee though and have returned to a cup a day in the a.m.? I'm using a french press and this coffee from Diva Espresso, which is maybe the best coffee I've had ever.? The roast is perfection.? It's worth the price so far.? The pattern here is that the best coffee comes from the Pacific Northwest, where the climate is perfect for raising the patchouli-soaked man-bun hipsters needed to roast really good coffee.

The climate certainly gave rise to coffee shops but also book sellers and movie theaters.? The bluest skies you've ever seen aren't in Seattle. ;-)

Yep, pretty much the same thing every day. Some days, I have eggs instead of beef for breakfast. I recently discovered that my gut has healed up enough for me to handle spicy food and veggies again, so my diet has been expanding lately. What I can't eat is grains, beans, starches, pork, and chicken.

I just feel so much better when I eat cooked food, all that raw fruit...as much as I love it... would be a constant irritant.

When I was still drinking coffee, I would make it in a French press with 8 tablespoons of dark roast. I'm not fond of espresso.

As for my diet, it is currently, per day, a little over a pound of beef and/or lamb, a big bowl of blueberries and raspberries with a half to three quarters of a cup of Radiance Dairy Heavy cream, and few ounces of cheese as an afternoon snack if I'm hungry. I feel fantastic, and it keeps my body fat in the 10-12% range.
Wow, the only thing I eat here is the blueberries!

The roast is one thing and how you prepare it is another.? How do you prepare your coffee drink: brewed, espresso machine or press?

America runs on Dunkin!

Damn good coffee!

Of course, the very best coffee beans are harvested by Juan Valdez down in Columbia. I know a guy that drinks only organic coffee beans freshly ground, imported from the Gesha valley, Ethiopia, and he brews with pure Ozarka spring bottled water from Krogers. Go figure.

First up is King Harv’s Imperial Coffees. I ordered the Organic Colombia. YMMV.
