So, I'm a born skeptic myself. However, the main thing to think about is what if the aliens are already here, but we can't detect them because they are using cloaking devices? Also, they obviously have mastered time travel to get here. Then, you've got to ask yourself, why would aliens come here to see us? They say seeing is believing. Go figure.
In India they say it's all just a mirage anyway. YMMV.
