Protein types are parasympathetic dominant.? Not unusual for TM'ers
since TM calms the sympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous
system.? Most who did metabolic typing back in the late 70s we
parasympathetic dominant since they were eating vegetarian diets and
poor versions of those at that.

You truly are a protein type.
And, I had no idea. I under-ate protein my entire life. For me,
one 8oz meat meal per day is not enough, and whenever I'd get my
weight down to 160, I'd crash really hard. When my gut issues left
me with a diet of beef, eggs, rice, and dairy, my protein intake
went way up, and I leaned out for the first time in my life.
Weight dropped from 170 to 140, 34" to 30" waist. Then, I started
having hypoglycemic episodes of nausea and had to go very low
carb; adapting to running on fat took a couple months, but the
mental calm this diet produces is like the perfect psych drug. I'm
the happiest I've ever been, and I have the body of my dreams...

Yep,
pretty much the same thing every day. Some days, I have eggs
instead of beef for breakfast. I recently discovered that my
gut has healed up enough for me to handle spicy food and
veggies again, so my diet has been expanding lately. What I
can't eat is grains, beans, starches, pork, and chicken.
