The FERMID board held a meeting on 15 November. The purpose was to hold elections for the board positions that would become open on 1 December. Myself and Hal Nyander volunteered to remain on the board for the next term. Given there were no other volunteers the motion was carried by the board. Currently the Board consists of, Matthew Paddock (Board President), Hal Nyander (Secretary), Barb Fish (Member), and Kevin Fitzpatrick, (Member). We will have one open board position on 1 December, as well as needing a treasurer. If anyone has any interest in serving on the board please let me know. The next meeting will be on 14 Dec 2024, @1000, at 5983 E Paseo Venado. Attached are the minutes from the last meeting.
