Neighbors, The FERMID board held a meeting on 15 November. The purpose was to hold elections for the board positions that would become open on 1 December. Myself and Hal Nyander volunteered to remain on the board for the next term. Given there were no other volunteers the motion was carried by the board. Currently the Board consists of, Matthew Paddock (Board President), Hal Nyander (Secretary), Barb Fish (Member), and Kevin Fitzpatrick, (Member). We will have one open board position on 1 December, as well as needing a treasurer. If anyone has any interest in serving on the board please let me know. The next meeting will be on 14 Dec 2024, @1000, at 5983 E Paseo Venado. Attached are the minutes from the last meeting. Respectfully, Matthew Paddock

Neighbors, This Friday at 1500 at 5983 E Paseo Venado, we will be having a board meeting to discuss the pending proposals for road maintenance. More importantly, we are going to hold elections for open board positions. We currently have 3 positions that will need to be filled starting 1 Dec. if we have 3 volunteer meters for the positions then we will not need to have elections. If there are more than 3 we will need to hold an election. If you are able to attend we would very much like to see you all there. And if you have any interest in being on the board please attend. Neighbors, We will be having a board meeting this Saturday 24 June to discuss and approve the 23-24 year budget. It will be at my house: 5983 E. Paseo Venado We will start at 1100. An agenda will follow and I wil attach it to an email and post it at the corner of Paseo Venado and Fairfield on the mail box. Please let me know if you have any issues or concerns you would like us to address. The format will be as prescribed in the county rules, we will have the board meeting first which everyone is invited to observe. At the end of the board meeting we will open the discussion to everyone for comments and input on the issues discussed or new issues if there are any.
