Thanks Matt,
I appreciate your reply but it¡¯s not very
informative. Many
in the community are looking forward to having mailboxes, and
our tax dollars
are paying for the mailboxes. Is it asking too much of the Board
to give us an approximate
date when we might actually expect to receive mail in the
mailboxes and to give
us progress reports once a month? That doesn¡¯t sound like much
of a burden on
the Board to me.
As you know, I volunteered my help to speed
up the process
and reduce the costs, but the Board ignored my offer.
Nevertheless, thanks again for your reply.
Regards,
Ken

Ken,
The board voted to authorize the funds and all the other
tasks are being completed as needed in conjunction with the
installation.
Matt Paddock
Jimmy,
Will you give us an update on the
progress of the mailboxes and an approximate date when we
might actually expect to receive mail in them? ?Has
a proposal been sent to the 3 Canyons MDC? Have addresses
been obtained for the undeveloped lots?
No one has yet contacted me asking who
would be receiving mail at our street address. The
Postmaster told me that¡¯s a step that can be done well
before the boxes are installed because it takes the USPS a
couple months to the get the names and addresses in their
system. ?
I don¡¯t mean to sound impatient, but I
initiated the project to get mailboxes for Fairfield
Estates on September 17,? 2020 when I
contacted the 3 Canyons MDC to see what their requirements
were for cluster mailboxes.
Thanks,
Ken
