This is a group for people who love to make fabric postcards and exchange them with other quilters around the world. ?Since the postcards measure only 4” by 6” you are able to try out a new technique on a smaller scale before embarking on a larger project. Once your postcard is made, it is mailed off to a swap partner chosen for you.? This group is a new group formed from some of the original group of Trading Fabric Postcards which has been on Yahoo since 2008 by list Mom, Chris.

All are welcome to join regardless of how long you have been a fiber artist &/or quilter. ?We are also glad to help anyone learn how to make fiber postcards.

We do ask that your postcard is made carefully and with the same care you would wish to receive from another person. This means that it would not be acceptable to just use a piece of fabric and call it a postcard but would need to add a second technique such as free motion quilting or embellishment.?
We also ask that you stay on the topic of postcards and not to discuss rligion or politics in your posts.

Welcome to the group!? Let us know your first name, where you live and tell us about yourself.
