I am Using a program from the internet called "Chirp". I also Use RT Systems as well. They are both good. Chirp is Free or go to the ham radio store to get Rt Systems or Order online. Thank You

I have confirmed the problem is blown smd 3a fuse F1001 supplies 13.8v to CAT port pin 1 for a smd pretty easy to replace with a micro fuse Jack W4GRJ

Each connector in the molex connector is only rated for 15a so to make the 20a requirement of the 857 yausu paralleled the connections. On low continuous current modes like SSB you should be fine.

Try a ground wire between the computer and the radios. I had a problem until I tied them together and the radios to ground.
