Israel,? Like john suggested, it could be RFI. Chokes are always a good idea on power leads. It might also be power Check the connections and fuses for corrosion. Also try another power supply and

Sounds like RFI on the power leads, put some chokes on the power leads. Not aware of any batteries in the rig, mine is over ten years old, no indication of a battery. John VE7KKQ [email protected]>
