Thanks to all who responded; good info! The ATAS is good but limited to mobile and I use outside antennas for POTA, Field Day and 7QP, etc. I have an IC-100 tuner for an Icom 746 pro that works well so I probably will look at the Z-100plus and the Z-11ProII at SeaPac in two weeks. Marybe I’ll get lucky and find a good used one.

With "U5 Link" I did everything from Apr 19 to Mai 08 in Italy, RTTY, SSB, CW, and controlling the radio with CAT using that little box from China stores.

Personally I chose the Z11pro over the Z100 because of wider
tuning range 6-1000 vs 6-800 ohm and I liked the way the

I have mine hooked up that way now.? I have it setup for 4800 baud and t work just fine.? I would recommend not using the 38400 option as the USB converter does not handle it very well without handshaking.
