I was running backpack portable with my 857d and I think my antenna may have been too closely coupled to my cw key. ?Anyway, the cw key no longer works, and the Keyer mode will only send dashes. ?I am going to check for continuity between Q1049 pins 19 and 20 (dot and dash) and the chassis key jack, and I’m hoping that I didn’t fry the Q1049 dot input! If so; Is this a component that can be replaced?
