I have the 300Hz filter and the 2.3KHz SSB filter in the FT-857. I use this rig for POTA activity. I have a 500Hz filter in the FT-818 and FT-817.?
I'm a big fan of CW. This is my primary mode. Filters are great when the band is crowded. I like to ragchew. I'm on SSB maybe 5% of the time.
