I'm looking to replace the stock handheld mic on my FT-857D with a Kenwood MC-50 desktop mic. Does anyone have instructions or plans or schematic for wiring? I have 4 pin and RJ-45 connectors. Has anyone had any luck with this setup, and is audio quality affected?
