What does the voltmeter on the rig¡¯s display read, key up and key down? The point is to make sure there¡¯s not an excessive voltage drop in the power supply connections or cable.

I have an Alinco supply set at 13.5v, it feeds right to radio. It doesn¡¯t flinch when I key up.

Got the tuner set to swr of 1:1, crank up to 100w RF output and hit the CW tone and the meter registers about 85W out, negligible reflected power. Any ideas why it¡¯s not 95-100W. When I tune at 15w, meter shows 15 out, 0 reflected. I don¡¯t have a dummy load to experiment with unfortunately.
