I moved 4 times in the last 5 years.? During that time, I've been lurking - watching emails from this site related to the FT-857D.? All of my HF radio equipment was in boxes, so I haven't been on the air for a long time.? The HF gear is now working fine, with a new flagpole antenna and exterior Smart tuner.

Now, it¡¯s time for me to get my FT-857D and YT-100 ?with a Diamond X50D antenna working again.? Before the move, this equipment worked flawlessly, so I¡¯m sure it¡¯s something that I have done or not done with the setup, but I just can¡¯t figure it out.

I have re-programmed 200 new stations into the radio for new repeaters in the area.? When I check the SWR, it¡¯s off the chart on the radio, even if I tune it up with the YT-100.? In addition, I can¡¯t hear ANYTHING on any channel!? There are a lot of repeaters in the area, and with everyone home for a virus vacation, the airwaves are busy!? I¡¯ve tried everything that I can come up with, but don't have a solution.? Any suggestions???
