Hello Bill,
yes, you are right: if IPO is set to on, the
pre-amplifier is switched off and vice versa.?
But that is not my problem. During "normal" operation,
the litte "I"-character should never appear on 2m and on
70cm frequencies... and it did with mine FT-857d :-(
But I don't know, how it happened or what I did wrong.
