Thanks Mark: Hope all goes well with you.? My concern with the bow chainplate is that if I take if off I may not get it on; however, the spectra (or dyneema I assume) strap idea is a good one that I will think about. I might even just back up the existing bow chain plate with a strap.? Thanks for your help.
