I was troubleshooting a grid drive problem on my Valiant ?2 and then heard a pop and she died. One of the plug fuses blew. Now if I turn on the HV the PTT shorts out and it’s game over.?

I get AC on the HV rectifiers.?
T1 and T2 are within tolerance for ohm values and L43 and L44 also.?
low voltage is not affected that I can tell so far.?
before I get the PTT relay mod from Terry at DLabs and replace it I would like to know of the PTT relay is actually shorted. ?
how can I test it. ??
