Safety an Comm's
Ok with the open mic issue noted, we need to look at Safety and comm's in case of a event. A E a place to stage ect. Also thinking about a couple of drills through out the year to keep us ready.

Yes I did think of the time that a roll call would take and my thinking was not really during the parade as much as the fireworks. the reason is at the parade there are more people in sections so like

Only issue I would have of the roll call would be the airtime consumed with an hourly roll call during the Parade. Mat is Not quick enough to do that effectively

I agree both points. Like been stated before if someone has a open mic they are not going to hear the "everyone check your mic" call on the radio.

Just a thought for disscussion
Best course of action is to have net control poll everyone who is checked in with the group. The one person that doesn’t answer will probably have the open mike. We
