Hello, I believe John Daniel, to be my 7th Great Grandfather. Due to our family having only one Daniel male and can't be found, we are not able to do a Y DNA. My Great Aunt Virginia Daniel has done a test and has helped in confirming our Daniel tree.?
Now the ever present issue, who was his father??
John's son Martin, spent his adult life in Mecklenburg Co, VA. Martin's children were John Walker, Stark, Elizabeth, Sarah, Milley, Wiley, Mary & Martin Jr.
Martin Jr married Avarilla Yancey, children Stith, Thomas, Margaret, Dolly, Zachariah, Nancy, Stephen, Terresa & James.
Pam also states that John's brother William passed BY 7 May 1882. There are two William Daniel who passed that year. One in Mecklenburg Co, VA
But I don't want to assume that the William Pam speaks of is from Mecklenburg.?
As you can see, some the children's names match others here in group.?
