All,If anyone is looking for short (<24") x 1" wide leather flat belts, I have a friend who makes the belts for my Type 4. I don't see why a couple couldn't be joined together for longer lengths.

No you don't. I am cheap and lazy. So I went to my local auto repair shop and asked for an old timing belt. I cut it to length and spliced it back together. The picture shows a splice with

Getting the dalton figured out and all.? GE motor will need a new capacitor bit that is for another time.? Will need to repaint this baby eventually, rustoleum enamel works well for me on GE fan

Hello Rob, wondering if you ever resolved your slipping clutch? my lot 5 has the same issue. Although it does engage, it is very sloppy and I can foresee a time when it just does not work
