After 3 years of picking away at it, I finally have my Lot 4 fully functional! The machine has been completely torn down, blasted, painted and reassembled. With some help from Glen and a couple other members of the group, I've repaired the spindle gear, back gear and machined a replacement compound rest. There are a couple items still missing but I'll find or make replacements eventually, most notably a gear cover, two of the 'quick nuts' and a couple of change gears. I'll make a better step pulley for the countershaft at some point too. I've attached a couple photos and a short video of the lathe running.
