I missed out on the previous conversation re: Brevard NC.??This Methodist college?has an excellent music dept and free music concerts during the summer by the music students.? We've heard some fine concerts while passing through the area on a vacation many years ago.

Just sitting here reflecting on Christmases long past. Suddenly a brief flashback came to me. Whatever happened to Aluminum Christmas Trees? The ultimate fake Christmas tree.
Check out the Aluminum Tree and Ornament Museum website www.aluminumtree. com for a museum dedicated to aluminum Christmas trees. There's also a video on Youtube about the museum. They even have a scene with the charismatic color wheel used with these trees. The museum is located in Brevard, NC. Paul, have you been there yet?
One of the trees even has pink flamingoes surrounding the tree. Now that's real classy. I think the flamingoes really are a good idea. They also have an Elvis tree.
Maybe next year we will trade in our fake tree for an even faker aluminum tree.
Save the forests and buy a fake tree. I'm sure the Chinese fake tree manufacturers use a lot of carbon making the fake plastic trees like I
have.
Have a Merry Christmas (we still say Merry Christmas),
John
