The black glares at the green. ¡°Always with the killing.¡±
¡°Sometimes a necessity,¡± the green replies calmly.
¡°For balance,¡± the black acknowledges.
¡°You all look so similar. You must be cut from the same cloth, the good cloth that is - the good Tabby cloth."
¡°A New Hope-¡° the black begins¡
¡°Forever Running,¡± the green corrects.
¡°-Tabby-,¡± the black acknowledges, ¡°-is not kindred by birth.¡±
¡°But all are family in Sh¡¯kuul,¡± the green states.
"If the?leonin can't find the spear, how are we supposed to?"
¡°Something is found-¡° the green begins.?
¡°-when someone looks where it is,¡± the black concludes.
¡°So if we return the spear the Naga goes away?? Can you help us locate the spear?¡±
¡°We can,¡± the green states.
¡°And we will,¡± the black confirms.
¡°Who cares about the naga? It¡¯s the leonin we need to free from the mother creature that kidnapped them and forced them into slave labor. I think
she¡¯s the real enemy here.¡±
¡°The balance must be maintained,¡± the green explains.
Brother Ashley leans in closer to Sweet William and rolls his eyes, whispering, ¡°Druids¡¡±
¡°I'm sorry, he is a very powerful wizard, and I have been told, the more skilled a wizard becomes, the more, er. eccentric one becomes. Please don't
be insulted, I'm sure he smells other gnomes..."
The pair of Tabaxi Druids only seem to notice North¡¯s antics when Tabby apologizes.?
"Would you knock that off before they turn you into a frog and feed you to the Naga. And as to finding this spear, between you and Flynn, you might be able to suss out with
magic as to its location, unless these two nice druidesses can give us some insight."
The black pulls a pale blue feather from within the folds of her cloak and hands it to Gordon, saying, ¡°This will get you in.¡±
Meanwhile the green has removed a long, thin black feather from a pocket and hands it to Gordon, adding, ¡°And this will get you out.¡±
North understands that the feathers will ¡®Mazticafy¡¯ his Pass Through Walls spell to allow you
all to enter the tree portal.
The Druids wish you good luck as you depart. Making your back to the tree with the carvings, Brother Ashley suggests that he enters last, ¡°Just to protect the rear.¡±

OOC: if anyone has any other questions for the Druids, feel free to ask. I don¡¯t want to rush you along or anything, but I also don¡¯t want the
game to lag. Also, in what order do you enter the tree?
