? 1 cup fresh arugula or spinach leaves
? 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
? 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
? 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced

1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface.
2. Spread a generous layer of horseradish sauce or cream cheese over each tortilla.
3. Divide the roast beef evenly among the tortillas, layering it down the center of each wrap.
