Instant Pot Taco Spaghetti

Preheat Instant Pot liner on saute, about 3 minutes.? Add

2 tablespoons oil.

Slightly lift liner and swirl around to distribute oil on bottom.

When hot, add 1 chopped onion.

Add and brown 1 lb. ground beef.

Drain if necessary and return to liner.

Stir in 1 packet or 3 tablespoons taco seasoning.

Pour in 2 cups beef broth or water.

Stir to combine ingredients and be sure nothing is sticking to bottom of liner.

Turn off saute.

In a criss-cross or fan fashion, add

8 oz. spaghetti, broken in half.

Pour 1 10 oz. can Rotel, (tomatoes and green chilis), over pasta to cover.

Put 2 tablespoons tomato paste on top, but do not stir.

Pressure cook on high, 7 to 9 minutes, depending on how well done you like your pasta.

Quick release pressure.

Let stand 2 minutes before removing lid.

Stir well.

Stir in 1 ? cups or more shredded cheese of choice and let stand 2 minutes more.

Serve with your favorite Mexican toppings and enjoy!
