Ingredients

  • 1?pound?ground beef
  • 1?small?onion
  • 1?tbsp?minced garlic
  • 30?oz?tomato sauce
  • 15?oz?can diced tomatoes
  • 2?tbsp?Italian seasoning
  • 3?cups?penne or elbow pasta
  • 2.5?cups?water
  • 3?whole?bay leaves
  • 1?tsp?seasoned salt?to taste
  • 15?oz?can corn
  • 15?oz?can green beans

Instructions
?

  • Turn the pressure cooker to saute. Add ground beef, onion, garlic and seasoned salt. Cook until meat is browned.
  • Add tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, Italian seasoning, water, pasta and bay leaves.
  • Set the pressure cooker to manual high pressure or the pressure cook mode for 4 minutes.
  • When the time is up, do a quick release.
  • Remove bay leaves and stir it all up. Add corn and green beans and stir again. Place lid back on the pressure cooker and let sit a couple minutes on warm setting. Serve with Parmesan cheese on top.
