Tropical Smoothie is the perfect blend of mango, pineapple, banana, orange juice, and coconut milk in a rich, creamy, refreshing drink.

Ingredients

  • ?1?cup?frozen mango chunks
  • ?1?cup?frozen pineapple chunks
  • ?1?frozen banana?, very ripe (or 1 cup frozen banana slices)
  • ?1/2?cup?whole fat coconut milk
  • ?1/2?cup?orange juice
  • ?1/2?cup?vanilla yogurt

Instructions

  • To a high speed blender add the frozen mango, frozen pineapple, banana, coconut milk, orange juice and vanilla yogurt.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 tall glasses and garnish the side of the glass with an orange slice, fresh pineapple wedge and stemmed maraschino cherry.
