? 1 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
? 1 (15 oz) can black beans, drained and rinsed
? 1 (15 oz) can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
? 1 cup beef broth
? 2 tbsp chili powder
? 1 tsp ground cumin
? 1 tsp paprika
? 1 tsp oregano
? Salt and pepper to taste
? 1 lime, juiced

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add onion, garlic, and jalape?o to the pot, cooking until the vegetables are softened, about 5 minutes.
3. Stir in the tomatoes, black beans, kidney beans, and beef broth. Add chili powder, cumin, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a
boil, then reduce the heat to low.
4. Simmer the chili uncovered for about 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, allowing the flavors to meld together.
5. Stir in lime juice and cilantro just before serving.
6. Serve the chili hot with your favorite toppings like shredded cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips.
