I haven’t had to take mine out, but I bet you can carefully peel up a bit of the material to access the screws, then glue it back down after you replace the tweeter.

@Bill Meyerhoff, that is a very impressive piece of kit. I adored my DQ-20i on certain music, they needed the 220 watts that my Yamaha P2200 could feed them to get up on a plane. A little bit of magic when they were "on".
