Dead/Weak are two different things. If it”s week it could be from if the tolerance levels in the parts in the crossover need to be replaced and updated to todays standards. I can go through it for ya but would need to sent it to me.
Here’s a rear mounted DQ-20 crossover with silver plated speakon connectors.

?I think they have to be removed from the front of the baffle. If you feel around the edge of the velvety anti-diffraction material on the tweeter face, I believe there are 4 Phillips screws underneath right near the edge. I haven’t had to take mine out, but I bet you can carefully peel up a bit of the material to access the screws, then glue it back down after you replace the tweeter.

Best of luck!

?So, I've got a nice pair of DQ-30s but one has a dead/weak tweeter (hard to tell because the mid does a pretty good tweeter imitation).?
I'd like to access the back to check resistance, how do I get the screen off??
I took out the screws on the vertical inside of the screen, what else is there??

TIA.?
