There¡¯s a few utube videos, simply speakers has one. I¡¯ve done a dozen or so and if you carefully center as the video shows you should have voice coil rubbing .

A process I used was to glue the voice coil first, let it dry, then hook the speaker up to an audio source and put the glue on the frame edge of the new foam. Now turn on the audio source to a 80 Hz

My DQ 10's were modified by adding a 3/4 inch MDF panel to reinforce to the front of the woofer box.? Therefore the angle has changed by that amount so that the front grill is protruding forward.?
