Yes you are correct, the schematic is an early one that is of the base crossover. You are also correct about the 5.6uF capacitor.?
I have a newer schematic?at home that I did with the new capacitors and I measured the inductors, but I don't have it available to me now as I'm currently deployed with the Army in the Middle East and am not scheduled to be back in the states until September. I was lucky to find this older copy still on my laptop.
You can make out the different values of the caps in the pic.? I suspect that Regnar uses Solen capacitors and rebrands them with the Regnar label - Regnar is certainly not producing their own capacitors in house. They have the grey endcaps?typical of Solens.
