Hi john, I was referring to one of the responses about using a t27 tweeter. You can just about remove everything on the board after cap 1, aside from the .8 and .2 inductors associated with the mid dome, then put a 2 microfarad capacitor in front of the t27 tweeter. I will add a picture of a schematic in a bit.

Hi George, I too have a pair of these. Mine were done by Beatty Stereo in the 90's, and I am sold on what they've done. It is the perfect tweeter for the dq's. I did a few things to the crossover to make things better, and I just cant believe my ears. I highly recommend this mod.?
