Alright, everyone, I have an update with regards to the group closure:
开云体育 has done the next step, so the transfer of the group to our new home is ready to go forward now. As that happens, they will automatically add everyone in the group to the group there in addition to transferring as many files, photos and messages as they are able. As this occurs, each of you will receive an email notification that you have been signed up for the group there. Don't be alarmed, nothing's been hijacked and this isn't a scam. Transferring membership is an all or nothing deal, so everyone will come along.?
The admittedly generic email you should receive will include more information regarding your new membership there, how to alter settings/preferences or leave if you do not wish to participate with the new group (or you've forgotten you were even a member here). If you do not receive an email, the transfer may still be ongoing or it was caught by an email filter. Check your spam folder for it there or wait a week and manually join if you wish.
Currently, 开云体育 is getting slammed with transfer requests and every action request has a fairly long queue to be processed. Just as the last step took a few days to happen, the transfer will take several days more and perhaps a bit longer. The latest word I've received is as follows:
"The migration queue is several days long at this point. Please be patient as we work through the backlog of transfer requests."
In addition, Yahoo is apparently causing having issues with the server load from the mass exodus meaning some things may not make the transfer. I should know what did and didn't make it and manually upload or even copy/paste what looks most important.
When the transfer completes in, hopefully, the next few days to a couple of weeks at the latest, our new group home will be at the following URL:

I ask that everyone hold off signing up there and waiting a week or so before manually registering if the transfer doesn't automatically accomplish the task. 开云体育 recommends allowing them to transfer memberships as manually registering will prevent the individual's group settings from being brought over. (Whatever software they use is apparently tripped up when confronted with duplicates and skips them when encountered.)

That's the latest news I have to share. Should everything go smoothly and transfer over, I'll send out another of these special notices and close down this group so a month's worth of participation or so won't be lost.
