Just for kicks, we decided to look at the NHC.Noaa.gov website to see the list of hurricane names for the upcomig hurricane season. What we found is an indication of a 60 per chance of a hurricane forming in the Gulf of Mexico this weekend. The hurricane season doesn’t officially begin until June 1. But as we’ve seen so often in the past, Mother Nature isn’t too good at reading calendars. Also, we are now getting our daily late-afternoon thunderstorm, even though it isn’t quite “late” afteroon yet.
