Single-column labels?
My current QSL cards have enough space that a 5 1/2 inch (width) label will fit, so I ordered labels of that size. At that size on 8/2 x 11 pages, you essentially have 1-column labels. Having not

There is no Errorlog.txt anywhere in the DXLab folder. I can¡¯t see how to create one, so assume it shows up when an error occurs.

WA is not a valid ARRL section; Washington state is divided into two ARRL sections (EWA and WWA). Okanogan county is in EWA, so changing the ARRL Section for that QSO from WA to EWA will fix the
