I ran 2 instances of DX Suite on 2 different hard drives using WIN 10 with 2 callsigns 1 was a 32 bit of WIN 10 1 was a 64 bit of WIN 10 But in essence it was 2 different OP systems incorporated on 1

You don't need to do it that way. Using work spaces is recommended. This allows configuring 1 workspace for each callsign... Then swap between workspaces to change callsigns.
