Operating RTTY Split
I am sure there are instructions on how to do this, but I haven't been able
to find them.
I wanted to operate split in RTTY mode with WinWarbler. I think the
complication is I am using WinWarbler

Very clever, Alex: by having DXKeeper generate an NPOTA progress report while the Log Page Display contains only QSOs confirmed via LoTW, DXKeeper sends SpotCollector an SQL filter that shows stations
