It was Larry W6NWS who reported the problem.
I just tried a lookup of XE1XOE: it now returns
<country>Mexico</country>
<ccode>171</ccode>
The country is now correct, but the country code remains

RTTY problem solved
Fixed. The Orion has a sepaprate gain in software for the rear AUX input. Mine was set to 4%. Advancing it increased power

Which interface are you using, and which rig? Are you using VOX at the rig, or in the CAT or in the interface? Sounds like you are not turning the rig keying on.
