Yes, "Confirmed" is cards (or LotW credits) you have received.
Verified is credits that have been awarded by ARRL based on a
DXCC (or WAS, VUCC, etc. as applicable) application.

+ A 'Y' in the Cards column denotes "confirmed via QSL card"
+ A 'V' in the Cards column denotes "DXCC award credit granted to a QSL card confirmation. A card checker checking a card is QSL card
