JT Alert will only do a Callbook lookup if you subscribe to one of the XML services (e.g. QRZ XML Subscription). If you do subscribe ... JT ALert F2 (Settings) -> Web Services -> Online XML

Joe, if that box is checked which it is…then should it automatically populate the address box as if I manually did it by hitting “CBA”? If so, it is not doing that.
