Duplicates in Stations Heard
Is it normal to see between 2 and 5 entries for a single transmission in WinWarbler Stations Heard? WIthin a short time after a reset the list fills back up with dupes.
By duplicate, I mean I can see a few lines with exactly the same incoming text but often different call/with combinations. Thinking about it, think I can understand two lines each. One for station1/station2 and the other for station2/station1.

I, like others, had a problem with CI-Commander1215.exe today. ? After much investigation, I found that I had to add it to the exclusion list for the Avast! antivirus software. I have been running Commander and Avast! for years and never had to do this before. ? What made this particularly difficult was that CI-V Commander would not show up in the Windows 10 Professional 64 bit task manager after starting it. ? But what did happen was the Avast! Service (32 bit) CPU utilization jumped from 0% to about 25% and stayed there. In fact, I accidentally caused the utilization to increase until 99% of the CPU was utilized by Avast! Service (32 bit). This was because I generated multiple starts of Commander instances by trying to start again even though they never showed up in the task manager. Needless to say the computer became non-responsive. ? They only way I found to exit this condition was to exit all programs, hard to do when 99% CPU used, but easy with only one start of Commander generated. I then had to do a restart of the OS. However, even this was annoying as I would have a spinning restart screen display sometimes for a very long period. I used the power on button after five minutes of this to turn power off to the computer and then turned power on. ? I then discovered that if I turned all shields off in Avast!, I could start Commander1215 and it would execute. Note that turning shields off after Commander1215 was started would not correct the hang condition described above. ? At this point I added Commander1215 and Commander to the Avast! exclusion list and it is no longer issue. ? Commander1212 ran fine with Avast! running even though it was not in the exclusion list. ? I found a driver that seems to appear to work in other programs and gives me the QSL Card as an option. Card is setup as Width 3.5 Height 5.5. I have the printer selected, the sized selected and source selected in QSL configuration - Printer.
I have Printer QSL Cards and preview checked, I get "Specified QSL Card width is too small" essage. When the preview starts up, it Width at 10.653 x Length 8.152.
Since I can't get the DXKeeper to print labels correctly, I am guessing cards are going to be the same issue....

I read the email questions in the list about checking the Firewall.

I figured I'd better check the Firewall even though I don't seem to
have any problems.
So....for safety in case I click on the wrong thing I made a Restore
point and full backup.
First off I don't even have a listing for Commander 12.1.5 even
though that is the version number is see in the title bar.

So my question is: does this need cleaning and should I delete the
listings for the older version? of DXKeeper?
In the Listing for CI-V Commander, can both Private and Public be
checked in the same line or is the way my listing is displayed
correct?
This is uncharted waters for me and I'm a bit out of my depth here.

What is the contest to log in DXKeeper? The most likely candidate that I've found is "ARRL-DX-SSB". Is it correct?

Yes, pathfinder has been working here for years with auto login. ?Think I found the problem. ?My anti-virus engine updated yesterday. ?I had to enter and exception for qrz.com for pathfinder auto login to work. ?Otherwise all other functions are nominal.
