Just set DXKeeper to allow the duplicates to be uploaded, then do an upload and it will take care of this for you. then set DXKeeper back to no tallow the uploading of duplicates.

While you can setup DXKeeper for a contest, you would be better served using a dedicated contest logger like N1MM or TR4W. N1MM Logger+ will create your Cabrillo file for sending to contest sponsor.

LoTW Database updates
How often are LoTW database updates created. For example, W8PP last upload to LoTW was 03 09 2020 yet he is not in the latest (02/23/202) update. Does that mean perhaps that he just joined at a time
