Re: Config panel of DXKeeper
DXKeeper will open a panel when it indicates an error. For example, the Auxiliary panel will open if a QSO is missing Station Call, Op Call or Owner Call. If the error is not with the current entry,

Re: Config panel of DXKeeper
Hi Pete! I couldn't find where you turn sections on and off in config. It is a set of checkboxes on the Log QSO's tab. I wish I could send you a screenshot - I have my sections oriented vertically so

Re: Accessing Log on two computers - unexpected behavior
DXView will only use the log specified by DXKeeper on the local machine as it has no provision to define the log's location (or which log to use). SpotCollector will use a log located on another

Re: Accessing Log on two computers - unexpected behavior
I use ONE drive for my log file for DXLABS, but you have to make sure ALL dxlabs are shutdown on one computer before starting up DXLabs on another computer, and give ONEDrive time to finish syncing

Re: Accessing Log on two computers - unexpected behavior
Both DXView and Spot Collector use the Master Database (Logbook). Both of these and DXKeeper have to be shut down when you switch between computers. 73, Dave, w6de Sent: 18 June, 2024 11:46 To:

Re: Accessing Log on two computers - unexpected behavior
Perhaps you want to set up a NAS (I use Synology) on your station/home network.? It can be your personal cloud server while you're away and accessed on your LAN.? In that way, your log is correctly

Re: Accessing Log on two computers - unexpected behavior
Keeping the log local means in the future I can just run what I need locally - rig software, log, some kind of cluster. I can access the log on the home server side by using remote desktop software

Re: Accessing Log on two computers - unexpected behavior
The problem isn't real-time syncing - the OP isn't trying to do that - rather, the problem is OneDrive (and other sync-ing mechanisms) need to lock the file to read it without corrupting it. Databases
