Delete the file
C:\Program Files\DXLab Suite\DXView\Databases\LotW.mdb
and then upgrade. If this doesn't get you going, please let me know.

I have DXView.exe 2.6.8 trying to upgrade to 3.3.1, I keep receiving program error and during install the program won't upgrade. I don't have LotW installed on this computer. How do I correct this problem?
