Re: Cheap Disk Drives

What is a DVR?
How do you use it with DXLabs?
And why would you want to watch 20 hours of ANYTHING, when you could be using Ham Radio?????

Art,

It is indeed amazing how cheap mass storage has become!! But (this question
is a tiny bit off-topic), what I really want to know is: What kind of DVR
did you try this on?? I'd
LOVE to be able to add a TB to my DVR (Verizon
FiOS, a Motorola QIP 7216). Do you (or anyone else) know if a SATA drive
will plug-n-play in this DVR with the Verizon software??

Cheers & 73,
