John, on Windows Vista, the file system_data lives in a folder accessible

via the pathname C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\TrustedQSL where <username> is the username used to log into Windows. I suspect that the pathname is identical on Windows 7. I had to log into the hidden account named Administrator to gain access to this folder on Vista, so you'll almost certainly need to be logged in to an account with Administrator privileges on Windows 7.
